Remember the famous saying “April showers bring May flowers”? Well, that does not apply to the “Valley of the Sun”. April in Arizona has the best weather of the year - enjoying the pool during the day and sitting around the fire pit at night! Maybe even starting on that garden you have been wanting to plant.

Real Estate Update: Once again we are seeing home sales grow. More than 7,600 homes were purchased in February and we are seeing a slight increase in pricing as well. Some experts are saying we will see a shortage of homes on the market by summer. If this is true, you will continue to see your home value rise. Once again I want to remind you, you did purchase at the right time.
